First of all, it is crucial to understand what RG Digital represents and how it applies in everyday life. This application is configured as the digitized version of the conventional identification document, designed specifically for smartphones.

Once in the store, go to the search bar and type “RG Digital” followed by the name of your state, for example, “RG Digital São Paulo”.

To conclude, select the download option and wait until the application is completely installed on your cell phone.

Accessing this document is simple: after following all the necessary guidelines, just open the application and enter your password, which can be a numeric code or your fingerprint.

Once the RG Digital app is open, your document will be ready to use in various situations, such as proof of age, access to events, among other features.
