Not to mention how it contributes to the performance of daily routines.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Therefore, to obtain the benefits of physical activity it is important that it is carried out with adequate regularity and intensity. The most common types of physical activity are aerobic exercises, such as walking, running, swimming, cycling and dancing; and strength exercises, such as bodybuilding, weight lifting and resistance exercises.
